It can be distressing when a cherished possession has been damaged. We care for every piece of jewellery as if it was our own, providing a personalised service, from initial inspection and assessment of the damage, through to repair.

For your security, all items are opened under CCTV, and high definition photographs are taken including hallmarks and engraving.

We have access to a range of international suppliers of precious gemstones that allow us to find that one special stone for you.

If the damaged item is a watch, it will be passed to our specialist in-house team, who have established relationships with all the major watch brands, including Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Raymond Weil, Tag Heuer, Panerai and Patek Philippe.

At all times we ensure that original manufacturers parts are utilised to ensure that you have a long lasting, and guaranteed repair to your prestige item.
