We will discuss your lost or stolen items with you and, where necessary, ask you to provide supporting information and documentation to assist us in establishing the correct value for the items.

We may ask you for receipts, valuation certificates, photographs, or other documents that you may have. You can easily upload these documents and manage other aspects of your claim, by using our secure self-service web portal, Claim Companion.
