Jeremy Baker

Head of Operations - LMG

Jeremy joined LMG in 2009 and has held a variety of roles before being appointed Head of Operations in 2013.

Jeremy spearheads the drive for operational and technical excellence within LMG and oversees all aspects of the business. In addition to his role in Bath he has responsibility for the Group’s manufacturing operation in Delhi.

He has spent over 40 years in the insurance industry across a diverse range of roles. Jeremy has a wealth of experience within insurers and the supply chain as well as being a qualified loss adjuster.

Tony Hayward

Head of Business Relationships

Tony Hayward was appointed Head of Business Relationships for LMG in 2009 which combined his passion for client relationships and jewellery.

Tony works with new and existing clients to implement innovative claims services and solutions that support both exceptional customer care whilst helping our clients to meet their business objectives.

Tony is a passionate rugby supporter, which which, being a Kiwi, is in the blood. 

Hannah McArdell

Group Operations Manager

Hannah joined the organisation in 2002 as a claims handler within our Jewellery business located in Bath. She has worked her way up through the ranks having had roles in Client Operations and Business Development.

A real home-grown asset, Hannah has been honing her business skills throughout time with The BeGroup. She is passionate about people and providing excellent service to both clients and customers.

Having previously been a Premier League hockey player, Hannah utilises her tenacity and competitive nature to bring continual improvement to all aspects of her work.

Chris Masdin

Business Manager

With 25+ years’ experience in the insurance industry Chris has been with LMG since 2004, gaining a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the business over the years.

Currently a Business Manager responsible for client relationships for both LMG and BeValued, as well as the day-to-day operation and smooth-running of the client teams.

A keen Bath Rugby supporter, Chris always keeps his eye on the ball when overseeing activities in the Bath office.

Katherine Dean

Continuous Improvement Lead

Started LMG beginning of 2007 when I was 19 after working in retail, have worked across various depts and 5 different positions and now enjoying effecting and managing change, new clients and initiatives across the company as Continuous Improvement lead.

Outside of work enjoy live music avid Glastonbury goer and long time volunteer with Girlguiding as Brown Owl.

Stephen Kopaloff

Head Jeweller

Stephen joined LMG in 1998 and has over 40 years’ experience within the industry. His range of specialities include volume jewellery, manufacture and international sourcing of fine jewellery and gems.

In his current role as Head Jeweller, Stephen combines his wide range of skill sets to guide colleagues and provide high levels of service to policyholders and Insurers. Stephen always says. “Jewellery runs through my blood, it is my passion!"
