"After losing a beautiful necklace, you think you just cannot replace it. When LMG got involved, they helped me enormously, a young lady came to our house the week before Christmas and we discussed jewellery in detail, she understood the way I was feeling, and she stated you can never replace something so sentimental. So, she asked me if I wanted a ring a bracelet or another necklace?

After a lot of thought I decided I would have another necklace, but got something completely different, she drew it measured, and priced it up. When she was leaving, she said it’s up to 6 to 10 weeks because of the time of year, and if when the necklace comes and it’s not what you want, you can send it back and get something else?

Oh my god where or who else but LMG would say that? Was so afraid when the parcel came, after 5 weeks, I could not open it, let my husband open it first, I knew by his face it was gorgeous, he just handed me the box and my goodness I’m in love with it so I just want to say a massive THANK YOU ALL I’m so chuffed with my necklace, I would buy from you anytime".
