Our Repairs department meticulously cares for every piece of jewellery as if it was our own.
When a precious possession is damaged, it can be distressing to think that it may never be the same again. We provide a fully managed repair service, from initial inspection and assessment of the damage through to repair.
As soon as your cherished item is received, it is opened under CCTV, with several high definition photographs being taken from all angles, including hallmarks and any engraving. Throughout the process we will keep you fully informed with regular updates.

We never lose sight of the magic of a craftsman. In our jewellery workshops we use highly-skilled technicians to ensure the perfect restoration.
We have access to a range of international suppliers of precious gemstones that allow us to find that one special stone for you.
Due to the personal nature of jewellery, we involve you throughout the selection process so the choices that are made reflect your preferences.

Prestige Watches
If the damaged item is a watch, it will be passed to our specialist in-house team, who have established relationships with all the major watch brands, including Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Raymond Weil, Tag Heuer, Panerai and Patek Philippe.
At all times we ensure that original manufacturers parts are utilised to ensure that you have a long lasting, and guaranteed repair to your prestige item.
